Enemy spies can sabotage your districts in the late game, but you can guard against this by building your own spies and assigning them to counter-spy operations. Early aggression is the main threat to watch out for. Science victory is relatively easy to achieve because it’s difficult for opponents to block you. Triggering Eureka moment can be an important way to get an edge in the science race. If you fulfill it, you’ll gain a significant bonus to researching that technology. Look for city sites that you can improve with many mines. Once you research the technology needed to begin launching rockets, you have to build them - and it requires a lot of production.
